Partnership is established at the international level between universities and research centres of Europe and United States. The partnership involves different disciplines, coordinated around a multiscale activity. A balanced leadership of partners from Europe and United States is proposed, with 3 technical Work Packages led by the European team, and the 3 others led by the American team.
